What does the homestay stipend price include?

The homestay stipend to the host includes whatever it is that you and your host agree upon. This may only include your room, or it may also include daily meals, transportation, etc. It is up to your to decide what you need and is up to your and your host to decide on an appropriate amount.

When can I get my deposit back?

Your deposit will be issued back to you upon the completion of your stay. Transactions usually take anywhere from 7-10 business days.

What if the host asks for more money that what was agreed upon/listed?

All payments are processed through Ojisu, so hosts are not allowed to ask for any additional money or charge you any additional fees. If this becomes an issue or persists, please contact us and we will help resolve the situation.
